What to Expect for Your First Visit
Your first appointment will start off with a one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Brandon. During your evaluation, he will ask you questions about your injury, pain and other symptoms. He will also conduct a few tests to gain a better understanding of your current condition, levels of strength and other baseline measurements. After your evaluation, you will jump right into your first day of treatment, guided by our fully trained staff. You can expect your first appointment to last about and hour and a half start to finish.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
For your first visit, you will need to arrive 30 minutes early so our staff can review your insurance information and determine if any other paperwork needs to be completed. Please print, fill out and bring your new patient forms with you, as this will speed up the initial paperwork process. Please also bring your insurance card or information, any other relative information and a copy of your referral form from your doctor if they have not sent it to us directly.
